We are team of skilled and creative psychotherapists who specialize in treating children and adolescents struggling due to anxiety, trauma, grief, dysregulation or a simple lack of connectedness. We use a wide range of evidence based modalities to help our clients do the deep work of healing, and we tailor our approach to each client's unique needs. We believe that confusing or problematic behaviors are a form of communication, revealing deeper feelings and needs that require attention and understanding.
